I lost 28 lbs my 6 weeks and now have been stuck for 3 weeks. Looking at my protocol.
I have trouble sleeping with my meal at 6pm. My doctor suggested good fat before going to bed. And looking at my protocol, what is missing is fat. (20 years of dieting habits is hard to break). I don’t like avocado so they usually spoil before I finish them.
Can I use olives (kalamata olives in brine) as my good fat (olive oil?) and eat 8-10 before bed time without breaking my 18 hour fast? Or does it break the fasr as a tablespoon of nut butter would do?
