Hi Brooke! I am wondering what your thoughts are on losing the baby weight. I am not in SCS for the weight loss aspect but find your research and material so interesting. In the past I have totally obsessed about food and my body but have been in a good place for several years and have always been at normal weights 115-130, 5’3″.5. What do you recommend for breastfeeding mamas that need to lose about 15-20 pounds? I wondering how ‘strict’ I need to be. Would love to hear your thoughts as I create a protocol.
