Protocol Question

I am super excited about losing 8 pounds this month!

I have a question. If I put something down for a specific time can I change it to later in the day if I am not hungry?

For example, I also added when I would like to drink tea since I can’t drink coffee without sugar, I put down a cup of tea at 10:30 but don’t feel the need for it yet. If this was food, is it okay to change it to a later time?
