Protocol Question


How do you know when you are ready to add in a joy eat? I have been working the protocol for about 3 weeks, no sugar/flour for almost 4. I do still have some cravings for a square of chocolate after dinner in the evening, but not every evening. I would like to add in a joy eat once over the weekend, but am not sure when I should. I don’t want to get too restrictive, but I also don’t want to fuel the sugar beast LOL! Thanks for any insight you can give!
