Protocol Question – JC

I started with Scholars in June and my protocol was no sugar, no flour and intermittent fasting, noon to 7, but I wasn’t really measuring my food or anything. I lost 25 pounds by the end of July.

For the first two weeks of August, I plateaued and so I decided to eliminate grains and fruit and started measuring my amounts. I changed my protocol to intermittent fasting, 2-7, eating 8oz of veggies, 4 oz. of protein, 2 tablespoons of fat for lunch and dinner. I haven’t gone off my protocol at all (including 3 planned exceptions).

I feel like I’m fat adapted, I don’t get hungry outside of my eating window. But I still haven’t lost anything since the beginning of August.

Any suggestions on how to change my protocol?
