Protocol – RM

Hi Brooke & Coaches!

I’ve got about 50 lbs to lose and have completed your Stop Overeating Course which is great. I decided to eat between the hours of 11am-5pm and have been eating a chicken salad (big salad full of fats and protein) at around 12pm. It fills me up so much that I’m often not hungry for my second meal. My questions are 1. Should I eat it anyway before 5pm in case I get hungry outside my window? Or eat outside the protocol window if hungry later?
2. If I just have the one salad when I’m not hungry for more, do you think having too little calories will stop me losing as much weight as possible?

Can I just say, this is an AMAZING problem to have for me!!! I’m usually getting chocolate and cupcakes all day!
