In Brooke’s suggested protocol, including a pile of veggies, does that include squash, even though it’s a root? This may have been addressed and I missed it, but I’d be super grateful to know.
In general, it’s all working great but this week water fluctuation and period is happening and I probably just need to be patient, but I’m wanting to make sure I’m not perhaps overdoing it on the squash. I fill my plate up with peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, squash and tofu twice a day. And a few roasted potato slices.
