My protocol and weight goal


Hi Brooke!
I hadn’t planned on intermittent fasting today (have tried it once) but forgot to eat breakfast! That just never happens! I felt super light and focused but no sugar crashes. Amazing!

I’m 37 years old, had a baby in February, 5’3 and currently 221lbs. In the past my weight goal was 136 but thinking of going for 120 (I have a muscular frame). Does that sound ok?

My protocol:
Wakeup: water and coffee with whipping cream (is that what you mean about full fat cream?) and 1 stevia (want to eventually get rid of)

10am: 4 oz protein, 10 oz veggies, 3-4Tbsp of fat, small dish of fruit

3pm: same coffee as wakeup

5:30pm (so I can eat with my kids): 6 oz protein, 10 oz veggies, 3-4Tbsp of fat, small dish of fruit

Does that sound ok?
