Protocol Without Willpower

I know Brooke talks frequently about not using willpower to lose weight. I just started the “Lose 8 Pounds” class and love all the suggestions she provides. I’m wondering how I can follow my protocol strictly and seriously without drawing on willpower. I believe it’s possible, but I’m struggling to see exactly how it would work. How can I follow my protocol extremely strictly without drawing on willpower? What makes it not willpower-based?
