Let me start by saying I love this program and your sense of humor 😀. I just listened to some of your videos on ‘Stop Overeating’ and the protocol. Should I keep my protocol to two meals a day even though I workout five times a week? I am a mom of two small boys and the workouts help me with my mental wellbeing so I want to keep them. Also is drinking a bullteproof coffee with only cocnut oil or both coconut oil and butter still fasting or does it count as a meal? And the last question would be what is your feedback on protein powders as meal repleacemnets for a third meal? Thank you!
