Hi Brooke. I’m super new to SCS and have a question about protocols. You say in the Stop Overeating videos that you eat two salads per day for your protocol. What about your kids? What are they eating? I haven’t finished all of the videos yet so maybe you mention it later. I cook in my house and my husband and four year old would definitely not be down with salad for dinner everyday. So do you cook additional and different food for them? Also, packing lunch for my little guy— I would like to stop serving him flour, too, but that makes bag lunches pretty challenging. What do you pack a kid with no flour? Any help on the parenting front is most appreciated.
