I just wanted to say that I love, love, love this topic! I have been studying Dispenza and taking a class on Consciousness at my local community college and frequently have thought that what might be missing in Brooke’s work is the power of meditation. I can see there is so much benefit in practicing creating that space between thoughts, and in learning how to really see that the thoughts just keep going by like a ticker tape in the brain. I’m VERY excited to hear Brooke’s take on all of this and to be incorporating it into Self Coaching Scholars!
