I have been working on protocols and no flour/sugar for about three weeks. So far I have had good success. There have been many days when I’ve weighed myself and either gained and/or stayed the same. It seems to end up balancing out after another day or so, but in the meantime, unfortunately the number that pops up gives me a negative thought about the process. If I weighed myself weekly or twice a week, it seems I would see more success on the scale. Why weigh ourselves each day? BTW: I understand it a bit more with the last 5-10 pounds or for maintenance – but I’ve got a ways to go before I get there.
