Purpose work


My life is endlessly interesting and challenging. I work a 50 hour week doing lots of fun things. I have technical and mental challenges. My question is: What do I put in my calendar when I don’t want to challenge myself or do interesting things? Do I need to do non-interesting, boring things?

I meditate when I ride my bike, but just find my mind creating, growing, having imaginary conversations with people. I get tired so I do sleep, but I don’t ‘relax’ per se. I have a cup of tea and take a few deep breaths, but then I’m racing off to clean the house or see what the kids are up to.
