Thanks for all you have done. I’ve changed a lot since starting SCS in April. I find myself having more things to change than I expected. I don’t necesarrily want or need to lose weight, but I have been changing my diet so that I can have more energy. I also am working on a business. I am also setting goals and improving my church service.
Add to that my constant goals of becoming a better husband and father and what you have is a lot of goals! I’ve read a book called The ONE Thing and it talks about constraint and being able to focus on one goal. I also know you’ve talked about constraint. Do you have multiple goals for the different areas of life? How do you handle them all?
Should I just be focusing on one thing? Curious as to your thoughts.
