Quedtion about the 25 quarterly fails.
My impossible goal is to make $200K in 2019. One result I want to aim for is to secure 3 new retainer clients at $1500 each. Then I have a bunch of ideas for how I can try to get thst result (offer to my email list, cold pitch 30 new businesses, ask existing clients for referrals, etc.). Do each of these actions count as a fail, or is it only the big result I’m aiming for that counts as a fail?
