Q:”If (your commitment) drops too low, what will you do to bring it back up…?”


I’m struggling with brainstorming this. Would you please give me concrete examples AND a sense of perspective/thought process to conceive this? I’m realizing that this has been my “fail-point” in the past- I hit this place of low-commitment and I lose momentum and stop. FYI : My goal is to lose 35lbs by July 1 and I’ve been on fire so far!
