I am having a quarantine and feeling uncomfortable emotions that I am not used to feel: loneliness, sadness, anxious, emptiness…

I don’t quite know how to deal with this. They don’t appear in my morning thoughts downloads, but affect my day. I am not laughing much, not enjoying my day, I buffer with coffee… and blame anything that doesn’t work.

Any advice on how to process these uneasy emotions? It feels like they don’t want to go away.
