C: Manager said “it’s all positive feedback” in my quarterly review
T: There has to be something I can improve
F: anxious
A: ask for “negative” feedback. wonder if my peers really were sincere, discount all the work I’ve done, find flaws with everything, don’t celebrate the big brand clients I’ve worked on in the last year and the work I’ve done, focus on this bit of feedback: “Often she will set high estimates because she is unsure of her ability to deliver on time. However, she usually exceeds those goals. I think she can continue to push herself and trust her skill set.”
