Question about hormones


Hi Brooke-
I am not trying to lose weight, but I am intrigued when I hear/see conversations about eating and managing hormone fluctuations through diet. I have had a hysterectomy (I still have my ovaries) and am in the age range for peri-menopause. Without the physical manifestation of my hormonal cycle, I find it difficult to tune into what is going on in my body.

I’m afraid of what might happen with my weight and muscle density as I go through menopause. Do you think your eating protocol might help manage the process and be more mindful of my hormonal fluctuations? Would you point to a particular part of your weight loss videos that might have the most relevant info for what I’m interested in?
