C : I think about my WL, my grocery shopping, the restaurant tomorrow and rain tomorrow, the meeting with mask…
T : I can’t stop thinking about problems
F : bullied
A : tense my body, hustle to try to do all of them/to fix, accomplish so that I will get peace, spin about everything I have to do, think about the other things while I’m doing something (sometimes on purpose because I’m afraid I’m gonna forget them even if they are planned in my calendar)
R : I keep thinking that thoughts are a problem
Is my model ok ? And where can I go from there ?
