I’m excited to do the Urge Jar activities next month and have already started a bit with giving myself a bead when I allow an urge. 🙂
I have a couple of questions about my eating plan.
It has worked for me in the past to have one “cheat day” a week. As long as I plan this into my protocol, is this allowed as part of this program? Do I still need to plan out my cheat foods or can I have a day where I eat whatever I choose that day without planning it out in advance? Basically cheat day would be a day where I just don’t plan my food.
Also, I know we need to plan our eating at least 24 hours in advance. If I have a plan for what I’m going to eat, and then I don’t eat all of it, is that okay? Or should I make an effort to eat it all?
