Question about Sept Goal


Dear Coaches
Over the past few months, I feel like my goal has been to become very deliberate about what I say yes too. In fact, I’ve cut back my work, my projects at home, and my social activities quite significantly. This has opened up a lot of space and mental peace for me, and I’ve used this extra time to really focus in on self care (and self coaching!). For next month, I thinking about a goal of establishing a simple morning routine that I do every single morning, as soon as I get out of bed. Something like – big glass of water, meditation, and stretching. What I’m not sure about is how to make this measurable? I’m thinking something like – I’ll have a 30 day calendar with 30 checkmarks at the end of the month. Any other ideas? Thanks so much.
