Brooke, I am working very hard to stay in my protocol. There are often times when I am in a late morning meeting or appointment which goes past my typical lunchtime and I am very hungry. I know I am not going to get lunch until after 1 pm. I know snacking is not encouraged. Is there any food I can carry wth me to tide me over until I can sit down to lunch on my protocol?
