I’m a new scholar and I am finding that the intentional models are not based in reality. What If I really feel bad, or something really aggravates me. How do I balance what I want to feel (the intentional model) and the feelings of aggravation and feeling bad? It’s seems to contradict the concepts of sitting with the initial feeling.
