Question about the model: taking action when you don’t feel like it

I am new to Scholars and I’ve been wondering about something I’ve observed in myself and have also read about: sometimes, you have to make yourself do something even when you don’t feel like it (for example, honoring your commitment to what’s on your calendar) and THEN you start to feel more motivated and THEN you start to think “this isn’t so bad, I can do this.” Or sometimes you do something that you don’t think you can do or feel confident doing, but when you just do it, you create evidence that you can do it and then you start feeling more confident and thinking that you can do it. So it seems like sometimes the A line can impact the F line and the T line? If you could explain this phenomenon in the context of the model, I would appreciate it. Thank you!
