I like your suggestion about planning and setting limits for each task. How does that work when you underestimate or don’t know how long to give yourself for a task? Also, how far in advance do you plan out your time? I heard you say on a podcast that you’re planned months out. Do you have your daily time blocks determined that far in advance?
I’m also noodling over several goals for April’s exercise. Today’s podcast about minimum baseline was helpful.
