I was wondering if you’ve learned anything along the way about how those neurotransmitters interact with the female hormone cycle (PMS, menopause, etc). I have always experienced more anxiety, more urges, more negative thoughts, etc during certain parts of my cycle, and that means to be shifting again as part of perimenopause. I’m just curious! Thanks!
