Question from the relationship lessons regarding needing or wanting your partner to do anything v2

Yes I understand your answer completely. This subject came up in a live coaching a while ago where a wife wanted her husband to travel with her but he refused. She was coached to the point where it was her thought around her husband not wanting to travel causing her grief. I get that. But surely there is a point where you can say I WANT a partner to travel with or I WANT a partner that calls more often and you are feeling like this is an emotional adult want. Of course you could travel solo or with a friend but you WANT it to be with your romantic partner and it’s okay to want that and therefore walk away when your partner doesn’t provide it?
