Question on goal

My goal is weight loss for this month .
I do daily homework – follow protocol – keep food journal – plan my meals ahead of time , weigh myself daily .
My progress is super slow , I already addressed this and got a tip from you which I will start follow today .
Question – these all activities don’t take any time at all , I feel like I’m underproducing and falling behind with everything else , should I be doing something else , did I miss something ? Julia .
