Question Re: Models —
When we work on a model on one of our thoughts from our thought download, do you recommend that we return to that one model daily?
And is the next step to practice that new thought daily… as if we are re-booting/re-formatting our brain (like a computer)?
Also, I find myself going on tangents when I’m working on my models. (New scholar, here.)
I have so many thoughts, and it is a challenge to focus on the one thought that I’m trying to do a model on.
Any recommendations or suggestions with this for a model-practicing beginner?
