I loved the processing emotion video with Bev and Brooke. I had worked on processing emotion before, but I feel like Bev was able to get Brooke to go deeper with probing questions like:
“What’s wrong? What’s so heavy”
“What does that feeling mean to you”
“Why do you think the feeling is there? What messages does it want to tell you?”
What are some other useful questions we can be asking ourselves when we’re processing our emotions that can help us good deeper?
