Quick start 2?


My first quick start question I asked about fasting for fat adaption. You said I had to like my reason why. I also planned on stopping over drinking and smoking at the same time. I figure I’m going to be in Brooke’s version of a river of misery. As might as well go all in. I know it will be difficult and I know there will be a lot of thought work involved. I plan on planning ahead of time and committing 100% Your thoughts?
