Hi Brooke. While doing my podcast exercise this morning on #147 (I know I’m a bit behind) I remembered a quote that a high school friend told me once but I do not know the author. Their Dad had told them. As I was doing the “quitting” exercises it came to me and thought I’d share it with you and the group.
