Quitting drinking for good


Hello coaches!
So I have taken the Stop Overdrinking Program and have been wildly successful which is amazing. Now I want to stop drinking for good because since I’ve cut waaaay back it just doesn’t seem worth it anymore and it just makes me tired and hungry. It’s like I really notice the effects now even after one glass of wine. I feel groggy and kind of blah afterwards. It’s like the alcohol has stolen my jam and I just don’t want it in my life anymore. I still have urges and am wondering where do I begin with wanting to quit altogether. Thanks so much!!
