Quitting Smoking


I smoke and have been pretty bothered by it, even finding thoughts such as:

I hate that I smoke
I’m ashamed of if
I feel desperate to quit very soon
What if I can’t quit?
What if I can’t commit to quitting?

I have done several models and bridge thoughts, but I’m not sure if there is anything else I could be doing meanwhile other than practicing the newer thoughts when my brain starts thinking the other. My smoking has not changed any with the bridge thoughts.
