Hi Brooke, I’m having such a difficult time with quitting smoking. For a while I didn’t actually want to quit, and now I go back and forth from “I WANT TO want to quit” to “I don’t want to, but I should quit.” I’m constantly feeling guilt and shame and am sort of stuck there, even though I’ve tried to apply the principles of how to stop overdrinking to the smoking. I end up smoking to relieve my anxiety about it. Can you tell me where/how I should start? I really need help. Thank you in advance.
