I have been doing thought work regarding mental barriers that I believe are preventing me from achieving success. Here is one of the models. UM C- Classified as an Black woman T- Life will always be more difficult for me F-Defeated A- Self-sabotage, buffer with overspending, don’t plan for what I want, look for confirmations of thought (media, conversations with other people, etc.), live in a segregated neighborhood out of fear of not being welcomed/ threatened by other races R- create a life that confirms my limiting beliefs IM. C- same T- As a human being in this world, I am deserving of all that I want F-Entitled A- Plan & establish goals, do not settle for less than I want R- Create the life that I deserve as a human being regardless of race Suggestions?
