Re-deciding what I want in my life

Dear Coaches,
I’ve decided my purpose is that I want to live from peace, joy and abundance. One of the brainstorming ideas I had was to re-decide whether I want what I already have in my life (or not). Very powerful exercise. But one thing I realized is that many of my decisions are less than 100% all in. For example, I switched to a whole foods, plant based diet this year (which has been amazing) but I keep wondering if I should add back chicken or fish (not enough protein?). I decided my exercise would be walk 3 miles a day but I keep thinking maybe it’s not enough, I should add strength training or yoga or both. I decided I would work 4 days a week, 6 hours a day and then leave my work at work. But still I wonder if I’m not working hard enough. So it seems there’s a lot of residual doubt in my mind that is limiting me from going all in. Also it seems that the doubt is coming from “not enough” thinking. Could you please take a look at my models? Any advice would be appreciated.

C: I decided I would work 4 days a week, 6 hours a day.
T: I can accomplish interesting and important work during this time
F: Committed
A: Schedule a superthinking session, lay out all of my options, consider possibilities, decide on top goal, don’t look back, commit 100%, make a plan, put it all on my calendar, focus each day on following the plan, allow negative emotions (doubt, fear, scarcity, not enough) without responding to them
R: ?I have an abundance of time and energy to accomplish what I think is most important
