Anyway, I was wondering about allowing your body to feel hunger and letting it naturally use stored fat for energy. I’ve heard from so many fitness experts, doctors, and nutritionists that the body will use the muscle before the fat when you are starving it. I haven’t completed the workshop; I’ve actually just started so you may explain it later, but I was just wondering…
