RE: Weight Loss: Why aren’t removing sugar and flour and rocking the model enough?


I am not understanding why the other rules; no snacking; intermittent fasting; weighing and measuring food; etc.

If the physiological addiction is broken by removing addictive substances and the emotional piece gets taken care of by appropriately applying The Model, shouldn’t that allow for complete freedom from there? Why all the other rules/structures? I just want to be clear on my “why”.
