Hi Brooke, I just signed up to self coaching scholars and I feel overwhelmed and feel behind and that I am missing the important steps that took place in January and February. Is there a way to get direct guidance from anyone? It has a buffet, supermarket affect and I am a little ADHD, so not sure where to begin.
