Hi, so far I am loving your program. I understand the model but the one place I’m struggling with is trying to use the model with overdrinking. I use wine at night to relax after work. I’d prefer to not need this but it’s almost like the little rebellious kid comes out when I try to sit with the feeling of wanting the wine rather than rushing to pick some up. The kid takes over. I’ve listened to the overdrinking webinar multiple times. Do you recommend I just stick with the thought downloads and continue to work on the model and eventually will reach my goal?
