Recent Break Up


I’m dealing with a really fresh breakup and wondering how the model can help me get over it and feel better?
My attempt:
C: break up
T: I can’t meet anyone like him
F: heart broken, devastated
A: cry; don’t want to do anything
R: can’t get over

New model:
C: break up
T: it’s for the best (unsure if I believe it?)
F: relieved and certain
A: start focusing on myself
R: move forward

Are there any other thoughts I can think? How can I believe the new thoughts I come up with?
Are there any other tools that help too?
