My thought downloads this month have all centered around my work. My thoughts so far are all a variation of the following:
I’m lacking motivation.
I don’t know what to do.
I need to stop avoiding.
I’m not sure I have enough discipline.
Of course, those thoughts lead me nowhere fast. My new model looks like:
T: I can take small steps daily
F: Cautiously hopeful, resolute
A: Take action daily
R: Forward progress
The problem is I BELIEVE the new model, but it doesn’t help me change my thoughts or actions. Do I need a different new model?
I know I can reach my income goal, but I’m afraid for some reason, so buffer in indecision.
