Recommended macros (protein, fat, carbs)

I’m 5’3″, I went from 132 lbs at end of May to 116 lbs right now (so about 5 months). I want to reach 110 lbs. I only discovered you a couple of month ago. I went through an emotionally difficult time, and my body naturally helped me go through it, and in the process lost weight, and naturally established a protocol, that resembled a lot what you’re recommending.
I’m now tracking my food with MyFitnessPal and was wondering what percentages of macros (protein, fat, carbs) are you recommending.
