Recurrent feeling I am trying to link to a thought

I wake up every morning, since almost 6 months, with a sensation that physically feels like a heavy emptiness in my chest. I haven’t being able yet to understand that feeling, and to link it to a thought. However I observed that when I was on holidays with my family, a lot of people to see and things to do, It disappeared, but was back as soon as I got back home. Do you have any suggestions on ways I can work on that ?
