Recurring thoughts.


I have a thought that even though I have done the model on it many times, keeps recurring. The thought is “I don’t have what it takes”. It comes in many shapes and forms and I do feel relief when I do the model and like I am recognizing the thought and doing the work more quickly and it is losing its hold a bit. But last night I was listening to pod cast #146 and it came back full blown. So certain things still trigger it. I will continue to work the model on it but I’m just checking to make sure that this is par for the course. Thanks.
