Red, Red, Wine

Brooke ~ I’m curious if any of your weight loss students have been successful using the protocol you recommend for fat burning, WITH a glass of vino added in here and there? In the Obesity Code, Dr. Fung states; “…moderate consumption of red wine does not raise insulin or impair insulin sensitivity, and therefore may be enjoyed. Up to two glasses per day is not associated with major weight gain and may improve insulin sensitivity.” Tim Ferris kept red wine in his protocol with the slow carb diet as well. BIG hug!
