My ex husband has stopped court ordered repayment of money owed to me.  I have asked him to continue payment.  He said he will not and asked me to start court proceedings.  I don’t want to engage in more litigation—it has been years on and off of this.

C:  ex is no longer following court ordered repayment
T:  I have to hold him accountable
F:  tired annoyed frustrated
A:  I don’t make a decision about what to do
R:  thought re-enters my mind a few times a day and I continue to feel tired, annoyed, frustrated
